Since I remember myself I always tried to understand: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧? What do I need to do in order to live fully?

I have found out that One of the strongest🦁 methods I have experienced in my life are called Heart practices!

On this workshop, I would like to introduce one of my most favorite practices - 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲!🙏

Gratitude is a hugely beneficial practice which has 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 on you and the people around you👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. I like this practice because It's something we can 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 in our daily life and it is 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲

We will start from 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 and understanding Gratitude and then we practice and 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 it. Some topics we will talk about:

6. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 in our life
